FILE COPIES AND DIGITAL PROOFS

In addition to handling the delivery of the project to your client (as requested by you), you can also opt to have a set of files copies (samples) sent directly to your address as a point of reference and inspection to ensure your satisfaction.

For orders received before 14:00, we will dispatch your proof via TNT that evening to arrive with you before 13:00 the following day.

We output two sets of proofs, one which we send to you and a second which we retain for reference during printing. To save time you can sign off your digital proof on-line at www.sdpmedia.co.uk.

This proof is output on a calibrated laser device, using an uncoated material and is intended to give a representation of the colour and content of your job on a uncoated material. The proof does not reproduce the exact conditions under which your product will be produced and therefore can’t make allowances for the variations that will occur during the printing and special finishing processes (Lamination, UV Varnishing etc).

TRANSPORTS

Deliveries are handled by our respective couriers and the SDP Media brand remains can remain completely anonymous if specified as a white label dispatch. The labelling, packaging and delivery manifest will not carry any information regarding our business at all. The sender will be registered as your own business and so it is completely safe to have parcels sent by us directly to your customers.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

We can offer delivery to any part of Europe if you choose but this will be an additional cost.
