You can use the same email address above to send your artwork to us if you have any issues uploading online. Please remember to include your web order number in the subject line on the email. Also be wary of file size limits on your inbox as sometimes we will not receive your emails due to this. Please note, it is not possible to change anything after approving your artwork online.
If you are unsure about artwork or which product to order? Have your artwork checked for free or any questions answered by emailing our help department. Please note these are the same checks we carry out on all orders.
